The HK Youth Innovation Lab is a community-rooted initiative reimagining the future of education by equipping youth with future-ready skills, purpose, and community.

We partner with organizations and schools to create custom learning programs and innovation incubators rooted in personalization, leadership, and social impact.

We’re building a support system where young people can unlock meaningful opportunities—and reshape what’s possible, together.

What We Do

Equip Youth with Future-Ready Skills

  • We develop custom-learning programs that can be delivered after-school or during the term
  • We provide youth with future-ready skills through Hong Kong Future Academy, our public-facing personalized learning hub

Connect Young People with Employers

  • We open doors to future-facing companies and industries (such as AI and ESG) that help youth explore what's possible—and equip them to thrive in life, not just school

  • Building a supportive circle of mentors, nonprofits, and allies who walk with students—so that every person feels seen, heard, and valued
